Birkemosegaard welcomes you to join us in welcoming spring to Odden this Påske for a collaboration dinner between local wine & cheese deli Kiosken på Odden, Copenhagen-based friends Foodoir and Czech & Slovenian natural wine importer Sæsonmelier. We will be serving a relaxed, family style meal during the Påskeferie this April that uses a wonderful selection of danish farmhouse cheese from Hårbølle Mejeri. The seasonal menu has been created by chefs Matthew Parker and Søren Aagaard together with a beautifully curated wine pairing from Krisitina Muusmann of Sæsonmelier.
