Nina from Oliviers & CO is joining forces with Simone from Jazzed on Grains and Kristina from Sæsonmelier for an exclusive evening dedicated to taste, texture, and terroir.
Together, the three will host an olive oil tasting followed by a seasonal dinner featuring Simone’s love of pasta and grains from Jazzed on Grains, paired with fresh vegetables of the season and the finest wines from Sæsonmelier, who specialize in handcrafted wines from Central and Eastern Europe made with deep respect for nature and without unnecessary additives.
The olive oil tasting will take place in the olive oil shop Oliviers & CO on Gammel Kongevej 85, which we’ll close off for this intimate event. There are only 12 seats available for this special tasting and dinner. NOTE: this tasting will be held in English.
During the evening, Nina, who is a certified professional olive oil taster, will present some of the finest olive oils from this year’s harvest, carefully selected for Oliviers & Co. Afterwards, Simone, founder of Jazzed on Grains, will serve delicious dishes inspired by the season - naturally featuring our signature olive oils and vinegars from Oliviers & Co. Kristina from Sæsonmeiller, who is an experienced sommelier and wine importer, will match the dishes with wonderful vivid wines.
